Tim Fairbanks

Tim Fairbanks has taught at Centerville HS (OH) since 1997, serving as the Marching Percussion Director until 2011 and is currently the Drill Designer for the marching band and indoor drumline, where his groups are consistent National Finalists at BOA Grand National Championships and Scholastic World Finalists at the WGI World Championships. Centerville is the 1999 Scholastic Open Champion and 2004 WGI Scholastic World Champion. Tim is the Program Coordinator and Visual Designer for Rhythm X, WGI Independent World Class Champion in 2007 and 2008 and was the Drill Designer for the Bluecoats from Canton, OH from 2009-2011. He proudly endorses the products of Pearl/Adams, Evans/D’addario, Sabian Inc., and is a Signature Artist with Innovative Percussion. He is a designer and clinician for The Senators Drum and Bugle Corps (Eastleigh, England), The Company (Barnsley, England) and Aimachi (Nagoya, Japan). Tim is the Vice President of Percussion for WGI Sport of the Arts, serving on the WGI Board of Director’s Executive Committee, in addition to membership on the WGI Percussion Advisory Board and Steering Committee. Tim is an internationally in-demand clinician, designer, arranger and adjudicator.

Jaime Holly

Jaime Holly is a full time drill designer and visual instructor living in Long Beach, CA with his wife Rebekah. He began his marching career in the soprano line of the Concord Blue Devil B Corps in 1989, moving to the World Champion A Corps in 1991 through 1993. He returned to the Blue Team in 1997 where he is currently a visual instructor and drill writer. Jaime is the visual caption head and designer for several award winning high schools in BOA and WBA, as well as independent non-profit organizations in DCI and WGI. He has also served on the DCI Task Force. Currently, he has the pleasure of working with the Soka Renaissance Vanguard from Tokyo, Japan. Some of the groups he has had the opportunity to work with are: Blue Coats Drum and Bugle Corps, Mystikal Drum and Bugle Corps, Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps, Upland High School, Fountain Valley High School, Legacy High School, Haltom High School, Colleyville Heritage High School, Desert Vista High School, Churchill High School, Clovis West High School, James Logan High School, Freelancers Indoor Drumline, Black Knights Indoor Drumline, and the El Diamonte Indoor Colorguard.

Pete ReHill

Pete ReHill is a drill designer/visual consultant from Northern NJ. He has been designing shows since 1993 and has written approximately 80 shows in the past 5 years alone. He is a US Navy veteran and an alumni of the Hawthorne Caballeros (1986-1988) and Canton Bluecoats (1991-1992). His most recent accomplishments include being the drill designer for Timber Creek HS which won the 2010 WGI PSA World Championship & 2009 USSBA Group 2 National Championship. He was also the designer for 4 consecutive TOB Group 1 Atlantic Coast Champions (Governor Livingston HS – 2005, 2006, 2008 & Lake Lehman HS – 2007). His groups have won numerous High Visual awards and he’s designed for multiple TOB Atlantic Coast Championship Finalists, TOB Chapter Champions and USSBA Open & State Championship Finalists.

Steven Estudillo

Steven was born and raised in Southern California and studied at California State University, Fullerton. He was a member of Pacific Crest Drum & Bugle Corps (2002 - 2005) and The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps (2006 - 2008). Steven dedicates his time to teaching marching bands, drum lines and color guards in the Southern California area and currently teaches at Los Alamitos High School. His drill designs have won multiple awards both locally and nationally in the SCSBOA, SCJA, MBOS, WSMA and WBA band circuits. Although Steven is a full time designer, much of his creative work is balanced out with his involvement as an instructor. Steven works with award winning Pulse World Percussion. Steven has been on the visual staff with Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps since 2009, and has been the drill designer since 2010. He has also concurrently been on the visual staff with The Cavaliers Drum and Bugle since 2009, and is the Visual Caption Head. Steven lives in La Mirada, Ca.
