Description:
      This production features multiple phrases that are first played forwards then played exactly in reverse, a tribute to the past with a modern approach to the classic work “Ode to Joy,” a hypnotic section based on the counting backwards idea and a final feel good moment to take this simple idea to the next level. From the costume design and floor options to the electronic sound production through-out, “Backwards” has everything it takes for the big over the top GE show.
      This is a shorter, simplified version of the original production. Backwards was originally commissioned for Fountain Valley HS and was an Open class finalist at WGI Championships in 2009.
