Description:
      This production features multiple phrases that are first played forwards then played exactly in reverse, a tribute to the past with a modern approach to the classic work “Ode to Joy,” a hypnotic section based on the counting backwards idea and a final feel good moment to take this simple idea to the next level. From the costume design and floor options to the electronic sound production through-out, “Backwards” has everything it takes for the big over the top GE show.
      Backwards was originally commissioned for Fountain Valley HS and was an Open class finalist at WGI Championships in 2009. This is a shorter, simplified version of the original production.
