Description:
      If you are looking for a show that will set you apart from the rest, you have found it! This is the perfect show to push your members beyond just marching and playing. The highlights include an aggressive tribal dance intro, an intimate moment as the band sings a delicate chorale, an exciting call and response section between the winds and battery, and a full ensemble GE percussion ending where the entire unit plays together on hand held percussion instruments. The show is ultimately about how tribal energy, sounds and ideologies "affect" all of us and create a sense of community.
       “The Tribal Affect” was commissioned by the Chino Hills HS marching band for the fall of 2010. Having a solid percussion section is very important to the success of this show. This show also has an advanced percussion parts option. Please inquire if interested for no extra charge.
